The CBZ Elite Pro Development Program is a high-performance training service designed for collegiate, professional, and aspiring professional players looking to maximize their development and prepare for the demands of the modern game. Each program is individually tailored to the player’s position, competitive environment, playing style, and performance objectives. Training is built around the technical, tactical, physical, and cognitive demands required to perform at the highest level. Areas of focus may include: • Position-specific tactical development • Scanning, awareness, and decision-making • Chance creation and attacking actions • Finishing and end product • Ball mastery and technical execution under pressure • Speed, agility, acceleration, and movement efficiency • Injury prevention and performance resilience • Match preparation and long-term development planning All sessions follow the CBZ methodology and are designed to improve a player’s ability to: Recognize. Decide. Execute. Every program includes a personalized development plan, targeted training objectives, and ongoing performance support to ensure players continue progressing toward their individual goals. Please note all cancellations must be requested via email 72 hours before the session starts. There is a cancellation fee of 50%. Any cancellations after the cancellation period or 'No Shows' are non refundable. If sessions are missed due to injury you will receive a credit value of 1 private session. If 4 or more sessions are missed through injury you will receive 4 private session credit. No financial refunds are possible at this time. We are a non profit organisation and all proceeds go back to helping underserved young people in London who are rustable to gangs, drugs and violence. Your attendance goes a long way beyond the session. Thank you for the continued support.
