CBZ isn’t just about players.
We’re building coaches, too.
Through the AW Mentoring Programme and our 8-week Coaching & Mentorship Course, we’ve been working with coaches who want to:
Sharpen their game model
Raise their training standards
Improve communication & leadership

Build a career pathway in coaching
The structure usually looks like:
Weekly live Zoom sessions
Tactical breakdowns
Session planning assignments
Real-life match analysis
One-to-one mentoring touchpoints
Coaches like Amir have had their sessions observed, recorded, and fed back on in detail – not just “great work” or “work harder”, but specifics around:
Pressing structure
Space design
Coaching interventions
Detail and realism in exercises
The long-term vision is to create a global CBZ Coaches Circle, where:
UK and US coaches can learn from each other
Resources live in a shared vault
Ambitious coaches see clear steps to progress into hub leaders, franchise partners, community leaders and – in some cases – professional environments

Why spend so much time on coaches?
Because coaches are multipliers.
One coach with the right tools and heart can positively impact hundreds of young people over a career.
We want to make sure those coaches feel equipped, trusted, and stretched.
