Service Description
CBZ Winter Immersion Clinic I December 21–23 | Pleasanton | 9:30 AM–3:30 PM | Ages 11–16 The CBZ Winter Immersion Clinic is a three-day intensive development experience designed for ambitious players who want to use the winter break to make meaningful progress in their game. Across 18 hours of development, players will experience the CBZ methodology — combining technical detail, position-specific actions, tactical understanding, decision-making and competitive game application. At CBZ, we believe football is solved in moments. Players need more than technique; they must recognize what is happening, identify the right solution and execute it under pressure. That is why we create pictures, not simply drills. RECOGNIZE → DECIDE → EXECUTE → REFLECT Sessions progress from detailed technical work into realistic game situations. Players will develop ball mastery, receiving, passing, finishing and different 1v1 actions, before applying those tools against opposition and within the demands of the game. Players will be challenged to scan, recognize space and pressure, make decisions, solve problems and execute with quality. Training progresses from developing the solution, to placing it in context, introducing opposition and ultimately transferring learning into competition. The clinic will focus on technical excellence, 1v1 development, game intelligence, position-specific detail, game-realistic practices and competitive application. CBZ also creates a positive but demanding environment where players train alongside other motivated footballers, are encouraged to express themselves and are held to high standards by coaches trained in the CBZ methodology. This isn’t simply three days of football during the winter break. It’s three days designed with purpose — helping players become more intelligent, adaptable, confident and technically capable in the game. 3 DAYS. 18 HOURS. ONE COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE. TRAIN THE PLAYER. PREPARE FOR THE GAME. MAKE AN IMPACT.
