Cancellation Policy

Please note all cancellations must be requested via email 72 hours before the session starts. There is a cancellation fee of 50%. Any cancellations after the cancellation period or 'No Shows' are non refundable. If sessions are missed due to injury you will receive a credit value of 1 private session. If 4 or more sessions are missed through injury you will receive 4 private session credit. No financial refunds are possible at this time. We are a non profit organisation and all proceeds go back to helping underserved young people in London who are rustable to gangs, drugs and violence. Your attendance goes a long way beyond the session. Thank you for the continued supper.
